Every year, Child and Family Services assists families experiencing challenges during the holiday season through their Adopt-a-Family Program. With the support of donors, wish lists with gifts and essentials for hundreds of people are fulfilled, allowing them to join in on holiday fun and create lasting memories with their loved ones.
QUALITYstarsNY Western New York Quality Improvement Specialists proudly partnered with our colleagues at New York Early Childhood Professional Development Institute and its local members from the Early Childhood Coaching team, Career Development Center, and Early Childhood Leadership Initiative to adopt two families through the Adopt-a-Family Program. Together, they spread holiday cheer by providing donations, such a new car seat, a crib mattress, a Pack ‘n Play, warm boots, clothing, Buffalo Bills gear, self-care items, toys, and gift cards to help families purchase additional necessities. The Western New York regional team was honored to give back and make a meaningful difference for families in their community during the holiday season, and we could not be prouder of them.
