Here are some details about our recently updated application process to keep in mind before you get started.

• The QUALITYstarsNY application should only be completed by the program leader or administrator.
• If you are already a member of The Aspire Registry:
  • For the convenience of our users, your login information for your QUALITYstarsNY portal is the same as for your Aspire Profile. Please use your Aspire login information on the QUALITYstarsNY login page to get started with the QUALITYstarsNY application. Note: resetting your password on the QUALITYstarsNY login page will also reset it for your Aspire account.
  • If you also have an Organization Profile created in Aspire, you must be the administrator of that Profile to complete the QUALITYstarsNY application.
  • If you do not yet have an Organization Profile, not a problem! Applying to QUALITYstarsNY has the added benefit of creating an Organization Profile for you.
• If you have not yet joined Aspire:
  • Click “Create Account” on the QUALITYstarsNY login page to create an account for QUALITYstarsNY and the Aspire Registry. Please note: you will receive an email from The Aspire Registry to confirm your email address and set your password for both Aspire and QUALITYstarsNY.
  • Once you login, you’ll be asked to provide some brief information about yourself to create your Aspire Profile.
  • You’ll then be redirected to your QUALITYstarsNY Participation page to begin the application process.
• Some application sections include intro videos. You must watch the video and mark the checkbox next to it to complete each application section.
• You can save and exit your application at anytime. Login through our website to return to your application.
