Leslie Lozano

Leslie Lozano has over 13 years of experience in the early childhood education field. She holds a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education with a bilingual extension from CUNY, Herbert Lehman College. She has held various roles in early childhood education, starting as a UPK Assistant, EHS Infant and Toddler Lead teacher, and then as a center-based Infant teacher. Leslie worked at a couple of FCC Networks as a family worker, education specialist, and coordinator supporting family child care providers in New York City. 

Leslie is an Adjunct at CUNY, Herbert Lehman College Education Department, teaching Social and Emotional Development of Infants and Toddlers. Leslie also teaches a Spanish childcare course at LaGuardia Community College for the Adult and Continuing Education department. Leslie is a T-TAP-accredited professional development specialist. She is a CPR, First-Aid trainer, and Certified Health and Safety Trainer. She mentors CDA candidates and holds a CDA PD specialist certificate. 

Leslie enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, adventuring, riding hot air balloons, and creating personalized items.
