More than 1,000 early childhood programs across New York State are now participating in QUALITYstarsNY! This is a historic participation milestone for QUALITYstarsNY as New York State’s early childhood Quality Rating & Improvement System.

The more than 1,000 QUALITYstarsNY participants span all types of regulated program settings, including child care centers, family/group family child care, public schools with 3-K and pre-k classrooms, Head Start/Early Head Start, and special education programs. QUALITYstarsNY’s participants are located in all 10 economic development regions of New York State.
