Rachel Zielinski

Rachel Zielinski has been active in the field of early childhood education for about fifteen years, focusing on training and supporting staff professional development in the areas of child growth and development, early childhood environments and curriculum, and family and community relationships. Rachel is a graduate of Buffalo State College where she earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Early Childhood & Elementary Education. In her career, she has worked as a classroom teacher, education specialist, and education/disabilities coordinator at one of the highest performing Early Head Start/Head Start programs in the country, and was responsible for the majority of the training for the program. Rachel has also received her New York State Trainers Credential as a professional development specialist and mentors CDA candidates. She has a contagious love for learning and sharing her passions with others.
