Lisa Hughes

Lisa began her career in the field of social services at the NYC Administration for Children’s Services, where she worked with children and families in various roles as well as a Child Care Eligibility Specialist, Team Leader.  Lisa has more than 20 years of experience serving the community and prior to joining QUALITYstarsNY, Lisa worked with Licensed Family Child Care Providers as a Network Director. Lisa obtained her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work.
