JoAnn has had the privilege of working with QUALITYstarsNY originated in 2010. She served as a Quality Improvement Specialist for Capital District until transitioning to Regional Quality Improvement Coordinator in 2021. Prior to joining the QUALITYstarsNY team, JoAnn spent 23 years as the director of an integrated early childhood center. Throughout her early childhood career, JoAnn has been committed to fostering early learning environments where all children are welcome and recognized as distinct individuals. Additionally, JoAnn’s background includes serving as a director of project management, coordinating professional development opportunities for over 200 educators. She also holds a New York State Training and Technical Assistance Professional Credential as a professional development specialist and a coach.
