Jenna Pettinicchi has worked in the early childhood field and on behalf of children and families in several roles and has extensive experience as a teacher, education director, coach, mentor, program director, and college instructor. Her areas of expertise include leadership development, supervision and management, Head Start and Early Head Start, birth-to-five programming, quality improvement, and child advocacy and policy. Before joining QUALITYstarsNY as a Regional Quality Improvement Coordinator, Jenna served as the Assistant Director of the Early Childhood Leadership Initiative at the New York Early Childhood Professional Development Institute. She holds master’s degrees in Early Childhood Education from Dominican University and Early Childhood Leadership from Bank Street College of Education.
