Dora Castellar has worked in the Early Childhood field for more than twenty years. She holds a Master’s degree from Adelphi University and is certified in nursery through sixth grade. Dora has worked in the early childhood field in several roles over the course of her career, including teacher, assistant director, and program director. She has experience in Head Start, 3K, Universal Pre-K, and child care programs. As a director, Dora was able to get her programs NAEYC accredited. She is also certified as a CLASS assessor.
