Brigid Daly Wagner is originally from Indiana but has lived in Rochester for the past 17 years. She has been in the field of early childhood education for 25 years, working as a preschool teacher, center administrator, professional development provider, and college instructor. Brigid was a Quality Improvement Specialist with QUALITYstarsNY in the Finger Lakes area since the Field Test in 2010 before transitioning to Regional Quality Improvement Coordinator in 2021.
